Stress is the body’s response to a “perceived threat” in the outside world. When the body is in a continuous state of Stress (fight or flight) response, it affects our ability to think clearly, come up with good solutions, ability to have a restful sleep, it affects our relationships with our loved ones, most importantly, it affects our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

In hypnosis, we can look at those things and situations which were perceived as the “cause” of our stress, differently. Past Situations which were “perceived as a threat”, can now be re-assessed with new understanding and new resources. The information collected from that experience (mostly comes from early years of our childhood) can now be looked upon differently and this leads to inner transformation. Inner transformation leads to inner peace and freedom from the past. You don’t have to live your life with the heavy burden of stress.
